Polyurethane (PU) Field Insulation

After factory manufactured preinsulated pipes are installed onsite, onsite polyurethane (PU) insulation is carried out to insulate the pipe joints, valves, accessories and any other areas that are required. Onsite or field insulation is often complex. There are many challenging factors such as working on a tight project schedule, limited working space, competency of the field installers etc. Our dedicated team aims to provide absolute assurance as we work closely with the client’s project team to ensure high quality field insulation to complete the pipe network in a timely manner.

To date, PT HITECH PREINSULATED PIPES INDONESIA has successfully completed many onsite pipe insulation projects such as Bank Indonesia, NTT Data Centre, Gedung Data Centre.

Offsite fabrication is increasingly being adopted in construction owning to its many merits such as faster project completion times, safety, lower production cost, precision and consistency in the fabricated products.
