HI-TECH Preinsulated Pipe Support

In the past, simple wood blocks were typically used with pipe insulation protection shields to support insulation at hanger or anchor locations but things have changed. With increasing environmental concerns, like mold and mildew problems, and a greater emphasis on green building, preinsulated pipe supports made of polyurethane are now readily adopted.

 

HI-TECH high density preinsulated pipe supports are designed to prevent direct heat transfer between the pipes and the supports, thus reducing direct heat loss by offering an immediate thermal break. These lightweight preinsulated pipe supports are made of high-density polyurethane (PU) and offers high compressive strength and rigidity, which help to anchor, guide, absorb shock and support the heavy loading of pipes.

Density range: 160kg/m3 ~ 300kg/m3

Compressive strength range: 2.1 Mpa ~ 7.8 Mpa
